Vera — AI Virtual Assistant
A drop-in AI virtual assistant built for small business customer engagement
Challenge
Small business owners are on the job, at dinner, or off the clock when inquiries come in. Leads go cold. Questions go unanswered after hours. Hiring a receptionist or customer service team isn't realistic for most small businesses. The result: jobs lost to competitors who pick up the phone.
Approach
Built Vera: a drop-in AI virtual assistant trained on a specific business's services, service area, pricing, and FAQs. She engages visitors, answers questions, captures lead information, and triages service calls — around the clock. Vera deploys via a single script tag with no website rebuild required, powered by a custom Cloudflare Worker backend.
Outcome
Live product. Currently deployed on emberpulsestudios.com and available as a standalone add-on or bundled with ServiceReady.
